    Everlearn – Design Bootcamp

    EVERLEARN – ABOUT THE TASK

    This brief was to create an illustrated design storyboard for a short online commercial for everlearn – a company who provide quality learning, but at a lower cost to traditional methods.

    The advert needed to visually convey the advantages of their educational services, without being yet another boring explainer video (the ones with coins flying everywhere..)

    So it needed to show the concept in an abstract visual way – whilst keeping clarity – we designed a character to help demonstrate this.

    We then went on to animate the video! This included rigging and all character animation.

    ABOUT THE PROJECT

    We recently attended School of Motion’s Design Bootcamp – to further boost our skills. It’s a intense course, not for the faint hearted!

    We studied a range of disciplines around design and art directon for motion and TV. This is some of our work produced from the course – based on the briefs provided.

    ABOUT THE PROJECT

    O2 needed a short video to explain some business updates to their staff – it needed a friendly and reassuring approach.  Video is a great tool for internal communications, as it gives an uplifting consistent message to all colleagues – with no confusion.

    We teamed up with Superla to animate this informative and encouraging short video.

    We produced this series of 6 short animated videos for Proactive to promote their new range of nutrient products for better plant healthcare.

    The animations were based on Proactive’s advertising designs and icons – and explained what each formula does for the plant and the complex ingredients in a clean and simple way.

    Easyjet’s Digital Leader campaign is aimed towards harnessing modern technology to make a better experience for customers whilst streamlining processes for staff.

    To outline their upcoming plans for the next few years to the staff, they asked us to create an eye catching animation.

    ABOUT THE PROJECT

    We animated this short Intro video for Anglian Water, to try and show children how the sewerage system works, and how to avoid blocking it up! It was showed along side a quick lesson and game.

    As it was intended for children, the video was short and fun!

    ABOUT THE PROJECT

    Soteria have developed a groundbreaking app that’s set to revolutionise and streamline how the medical industry handles patients notes and data.

    They decided to use a sophisticated animation approach to promote their app and onboard new users – to show them how easy and intuitive it is.

    We used icons and simple imagery to explain the full process.

    ABOUT THE PROJECT

    We produced 2 short explainer videos in a large series for the BBC iWonder website. They were made in a simple, bold style – most suitable for social media sharing – whilst also following their brand perfectly.

    The videos were released once per day over a month, and each one answered important and interesting questions – covering all topics from carbon footprint, to space, foodstuffs, family life and much more.

    USS have developed a brand new social media app for their students and faculty, to communicate across departments, and keep up to date with events.

    They decided to use a fun animation to promote their app and onboard users.

    ABOUT THE PROJECT

    As well a designing all of Wigan Live Festivals posters, leaflets, graphics and logo, we’ve also produced a number of videos.

    For the 2016 festival, we produced a live action video combined with animation and captions for a truly impactful effect, to build up the hype before the festival in August.

    We produced a short promo video for the 2015 festival with mostly just images, as a qu – but a dynamic style stopped it from being just another image slideshow.
