Delta Capita, a global financial services company and a long-term video partner of ours, approached us with a new video idea. They wanted a fireside chat-style video series with their CEO and head of people. As a rapidly growing company, it’s important for colleagues to feel comfortable and included in this fast growth. 

We filmed their CEO and Chief People Officer in a London green screen studio, having an informal and enlightening conversation about his life, background, business aspirations, company culture, the importance of diversity, and ideas for the company’s future. They wanted a high-end studio set look with a simple, elegant digital branded backdrop.

The videos were shown in a longer format to colleagues, and shorter edited highlights were also shared on social media. We created these videos in a way that it worked as one longer video or as shorter videos, providing them as two 10-minute features and 20 mini videos, making the video series very flexible in terms of delivery.
