Bakkavor Group

Bakkavor Group, a leading provider of prepared fresh food, recently entrusted us with their third video project. This time, it was a recruitment drive aimed at increasing the number of engineers and promoting jobs to women within specific sectors in the group. We provided a bank of videos for their website, meetings, and social media, along with a selection of photographs, all of which have been received with great enthusiasm.

We filmed over four sites with our video camera crew and photographer to capture the day-to-day life of engineers and interviewed current colleagues about their work, training and career prospects – to give potential employees a real sense of the collaborative and exciting work environment at Bakkavor Group.

We created four main video edits for hiring within Engineering, IT, Finance, and Manufacturing, along with shorter social media edits of each. We also edited 2 extra short case study videos for social media. Additionally, they now have a comprehensive bank of professional photos around the factories, portrait photos, and photos for their branded colour block style of graphic design.
