Fireside Chat

Delta Capita, a long-term video partner of ours, recently came to us with a new video idea. They wanted a fireside chat style video series with their CEO. As a rapidly growing company, it’s important for colleagues to feel comfortable and included in this fast growth. 

We filmed their CEO and Chief People Officer in a green studio, having an informal chat about his life, his background, business aspirations, company culture and importance of diversity, and ideas for the company’s future. They wanted a high-end studio set look with a simple digital branded backdrop.

The videos were shown in a longer format to colleagues, and shorter snippets were also shared on social media. The videos were created in a way that we had 2 x 10-minute features and 20 mini videos – making the video series very flexible.
